Shiki could technically go either way, but since Sengoku specifically referred to Shiki in the manga as "the flying pirate," I put him in the flying camp. WebI don't think she can actually fly. The parts she duplicates are parts of herself, so even with a wing of arms, she can't fly. It's just too heavy with human flesh and bone.
