With my previous pc I had 48 gb of ram and it took about 25-30 minutes to load a city. New build has 64 as of right now with plans to double that. Loads the same city in 6 minutes now.

With 8GB your game would be relying on the pagefile to load, so now that you have more available RAM, it's taken some load off the pagefile and is using RAM instead. When looking at the thread list of Cities.exe in Process Explorer, there is a thread which is using more CPU than the main game thread. Depending on the mod and asset count, the CPU usage can go up past what the CPU clock speeds allow (so the thread is using 100% of the core). inc 625
